Dear Women & Philanthropy Community,
We are writing to share that the Women & Philanthropy inaugural event scheduled for March 29, 2020 at UC Davis will be postponed to a later date in an effort to maximize public health safety amid the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Ticket holders will receive an email from the Mondavi Center and refunds will be provided.
We have made this decision in consultation with UC Davis leadership and following guidance from the Yolo County Public Health Department to avoid large group events. Public health officials are advising people to practice “social distancing” to help them stay healthy and limit the potential for community transmission.
This is, however, just the beginning for Women & Philanthropy. We remain committed to our mission to unite women who wish to work together for the public good.
